Meng Wang de Brooklyn a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser une plainte contre l\u2019entreprise qui v\u00e9hicule des id\u00e9es trompeuses, selon elle. Dans sa d\u00e9position, elle affirme qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas obtenu les r\u00e9sultats promis par les collants Kushyfoot achet\u00e9s au montant de 7,64$ \u00e0 la pharmacie Duane Reade de son quartier.<\/p>\n

Dans une publicit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, disponible sur le web, des phrases telles que \u00abc\u2019est le bon endroit\u00bb, \u00abOh oui!\u00bb et \u00abJe suis vraiment satisfaite\u00bb qualifient le produit.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 la fin de la publicit\u00e9, le\u00a0mod\u00e8le distribue des collants \u00e0 ses amies en les invitant \u00e0 vivre cette \u00abexp\u00e9rience org*smique\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Wang poursuit donc l\u2019entreprise, car elle croyait vraiment avoir un org*sme en portant les collants.<\/p>\n

Son avocat, C.K. Lee, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au New York Post que l\u2019annonce stipulait que les collants devaient lui procurer un \u00abmassage\u00bb ce qu\u2019elle n\u2019a jamais ressenti.
