Il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 le mercredi 06 d\u00e9cembre pour outrage au chef de l\u2019Etat camerounais, Paul Biya.<\/h6>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9crivain camerounais Patrice Nganang avait r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un article critique sur la gestion de la crise anglophone par le gouvernement camerounais. Il avait donc \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Douala le mercredi 06 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Un rebondissement vient d\u2019avoir lieu dans cette affaire. L\u2019\u00e9crivain camerounais est d\u00e9sormais libre de tout mouvement. Alors que son jugement \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu pour le 19 janvier prochain, Patrice Nganang a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ce mercredi matin. Le procureur a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019abandon des charges p\u00e9nales qui pesaient contre l\u2019\u00e9crivain quand le pr\u00e9venu a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 une convocation du Tribunal de grande instance de Yaound\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Outrage \u00e0 corps constitu\u00e9s, apologie de crime, violences et menaces, voici les charges qui pesaient contre M. Nganang. Peu avant son arrestation, il avait publi\u00e9 sur le site internet de l\u2019hebdomadaire <em>Jeune Afrique,<\/em> un carnet de route en zone (dite) anglophone. Tr\u00e8s critique envers Paul Biya, le texte d\u00e9non\u00e7ait la\u00a0mauvaise gestion de la crise et la r\u00e9pression dans ces zones. D\u2019o\u00f9 ces diff\u00e9rents chefs d\u2019accusation retenus contre lui.<\/p>\n<p>Patrice Nganang est l\u2019auteur de \u00ab\u00a0Temps de chien\u00a0\u00bb qui lui a permis de gagner le prix Marguerite Yourcenar et le grand prix de la litt\u00e9rature d\u2019Afrique noire.
