Un d\u00e9put\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bless\u00e9 au cours d\u2019une session mouvement\u00e9e de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale camerounaise dans la nuit de vendredi \u00e0 samedi, marqu\u00e9e par une nouvelle bronca de d\u00e9put\u00e9s anglophones, a appris l\u2019AFP<\/span>\u00a0de sources concordantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pendant la session pour voter la loi de finances 2018, une repr\u00e9sentante de l\u2019Union D\u00e9mocratique du Cameroun (UDC<\/span>, opposition), Hermine Patricia Ndam Njoya, a \u201clanc\u00e9 en l\u2019air\u201d des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de son pupitre pour protester contre le refus du pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e de donner la parole aux \u00e9lus de son parti, a affirm\u00e9 Amadou Mongwat, charg\u00e9 de communication de l\u2019UDC<\/span>.<\/p>\n

L\u2019un de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments a \u201catterri\u201d sur la t\u00eate d\u2019un d\u00e9put\u00e9 voisin, membre du Rassemblement D\u00e9mocratique du peuple camerounais (RDPC<\/span>, au pouvoir), le blessant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur le cr\u00e2ne. L\u2019auteur du geste \u201ca pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses excuses\u201d au bless\u00e9, a assur\u00e9 M. Mongwat.<\/p>\n

L\u2019incident a provoqu\u00e9 la suspension de la s\u00e9ance. Des photos et des vid\u00e9os de la sc\u00e8ne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relay\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, notamment des clich\u00e9s du d\u00e9put\u00e9 avec du sang sur le cr\u00e2ne, puis avec un pansement au m\u00eame endroit.<\/p>\n

La session \u00e9tait consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019adoption du budget 2018, et les \u00e9lus\u00a0UDC<\/span>\u00a0avaient sollicit\u00e9 la parole pour participer au d\u00e9bat, selon M. Mongwat.<\/h4>\n

Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s du Social Democratic (SDF<\/span>), principal parti d\u2019opposition, ont \u00e9galement perturb\u00e9 la session, avant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019incident, en chantant, scandant des slogans et utilisant m\u00eame des vuvuzela, a-t-on appris de sources concordantes.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union s\u2019est finalement achev\u00e9e dans la plus grande confusion, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e annon\u00e7ant l\u2019adoption du budget sans discussion.<\/p>\n

Depuis l\u2019ouverture de la session parlementaire en cours, consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la discussion du budget, les \u00e9lus du principal parti d\u2019opposition ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 plusieurs incidents du m\u00eame genre, pour exiger que la grave crise socio-politique qui secoue depuis un an l\u2019ouest anglophone soit mise \u00e0 l\u2019agenda des discussions des parlementaires. Ils n\u2019ont pas obtenu gain de cause jusqu\u2018\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n

Au S\u00e9nat, o\u00f9 la m\u00eame exigence a \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9e, le pr\u00e9sident de cette institution a promis que la question anglophone allait \u00eatre examin\u00e9e au sein d\u2019une commission.<\/p>\n

Vendredi, dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 la presse, le porte-parole du gouvernement Issa Tchiroma a par ailleurs r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 \u201cl\u2019engagement ferme et irr\u00e9vocable\u201d du pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya \u201cde mobiliser tous les moyens disponibles et appropri\u00e9s, afin de d\u00e9barrasser notre pays\u201d des s\u00e9paratistes, \u201chordes barbares (\u2026) qui se sont jur\u00e9es de parvenir \u00e0 la d\u00e9stabilisation du Cameroun\u201d.<\/p>\n

Le porte-parole est \u00e9galement revenu sur l\u2019arrestation mercredi soir \u00e0 Douala par la police, de l\u2018\u00e9crivain camerounais Patrice Nganang. Son interpellation \u201cest survenue \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une promesse de mort sur la personne du Chef de l\u2018\u00c9tat, prof\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 travers un message post\u00e9 sur sa page Facebook, le 3 d\u00e9cembre 2017 \u00e0 19 heures 27 minutes\u201d, a accus\u00e9 M.
