La m\u00e9diatrice de la R\u00e9publique souligne notamment \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00a0une inflation massive des prix, des d\u00e9tournements de fonds, une mauvaise planification et un manque de respect des r\u00e8gles de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement<\/em>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Ces sommes \u00e9taient normalement destin\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;infrastructure, \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation d&rsquo;\u00e9coles ou d&rsquo;h\u00f4pitaux<\/em>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0. Les cons\u00e9quences de ce mauvais usage des fonds publics se feraient encore ressentir aujourd&rsquo;hui selon elle.<\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate a aussi permis de d\u00e9couvrir le versement non autoris\u00e9 de fonds gouvernementaux \u00e0 des fournisseurs de services sans pi\u00e8ces justificatives. Des fournisseurs qui ne figuraient pas dans la base de donn\u00e9es municipale.<\/p>\n<p>Busisiwe Mkhwebane\u00a0a \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 que le tr\u00e9sor provincial institue une enqu\u00eate. Ces recherches devront porter sur la fa\u00e7on dont son ancien chef de d\u00e9partement a approuv\u00e9 l&rsquo;allocation des fonds.
