L’Inde veut mettre en place une mesure drastique contre le divorce instantan\u00e9 ou la r\u00e9pudiation express. Cette pratique, connu sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0triple talaq\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0est fr\u00e9quente dans plusieurs pays musulmans du Maroc \u00e0 l\u2019Indon\u00e9sie.<\/p>\n

Avec le divorce instantan\u00e9, il suffit \u00e0 un homme musulman de prononcer trois fois \u00ab\u00a0je divorce\u00a0\u00bb (taleq, taleq, taleq) pour r\u00e9pudier sa femme. Cette pratique qui est largement contest\u00e9e pourrait bient\u00f4t devenir un crime en Inde.<\/p>\n

Les responsables du pays ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le gouvernement indien veut adopter une loi lors de la prochaine session parlementaire, ce qui rendrait non seulement le triple talaq ill\u00e9gal mais constituerait une infraction criminelle avec une peine d\u2019emprisonnement de trois ans pour les maris musulmans.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Selon le projet de loi, le triple talaq sous toutes ses formes que ce soit (verbal, \u00e9crite ou \u00e9lectronique comme les courriers \u00e9lectroniques ou les SMS) seront ill\u00e9gales. En outre, le divorce instantan\u00e9 sera une infraction sans fondement l\u00e9gal et sera non susceptible de caution\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un haut responsable, samedi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L’id\u00e9e est d’autonomiser les femmes musulmanes et de les sauver ainsi que leurs enfants. La loi, si elle est vot\u00e9e par le Parlement, emp\u00eachera les hommes musulmans de divorcer de leurs \u00e9pouses\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le projet de loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par un groupe interminist\u00e9riel dirig\u00e9 par le ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur Rajnath Singh.<\/p>\n
