Dans la journ\u00e9e de mercredi, l’arm\u00e9e Zimbabw\u00e9enne apportait un d\u00e9menti sur un pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 coup d’Etat contre Robert Mugabe. M\u00eame si elle ne veut pas parler de Coup d’Etat, il reste qu’elle a pris le contr\u00f4le des principales institutions comme l’ont annonc\u00e9 nos confr\u00e8res de France24. L’Assembl\u00e9e nationale, la Radio nationale et l’ex\u00e9cutif seraient entre les mains de l’Arm\u00e9e.\u00a0 Pendant ce temps, Robert Mugabe et sa famille ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assign\u00e9s en r\u00e9sidence surveill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Visiblement, Robert Mugabe a perdu son dernier combat politique en \u00e9cartant\u00a0son vice-pr\u00e9sident Emmerson Mnangagwa. S\u00e9nile et \u00e9puis\u00e9 par le poids de l’\u00e2ge, les jours de celui qui a dirig\u00e9 le Zimbabwe pendant 37 ans sont compt\u00e9s. \u00c2g\u00e9 de 93 ans, le pr\u00e9sident Mugabe pr\u00e9sentait de grands signes de fatigue depuis un certain temps. Il avait de la peine \u00e0 se tenir d\u00e9bout, \u00e0 marcher sans pr\u00e9senter des signes de f\u00e9brilit\u00e9 physique et de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre. Apr\u00e8s avoir servi son pays avec \u00a0\u00bbloyaut\u00e9 et abn\u00e9gation\u00a0\u00bb, il reste que Robert Mugabe devrait prendre une retraite bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e. Seulement, la difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9sidera dans la succession de ce h\u00e9ros Zimbabw\u00e9en.<\/p>\n

L’arm\u00e9e n’aura donc pas attendu que Dieu agisse sur les derniers instant de la vie de Mugabe et par l\u00e0 organiser une succession. Pour le moment, les r\u00e9unions se multiplient. Peut-\u00eatre, aboutiront-elles \u00e0 une mise en place d’un pouvoir de transition ou elles reconduiront Mugabe au pouvoir pour qu’il organise lui-m\u00eame sa succession.<\/p>\n

Pour les m\u00e9dias Occidentaux, Mugabe \u00e9tait un dictateur redoutable qui s’accrochait au pouvoir. Nos confr\u00e8res du figaro ont d’ailleurs relay\u00e9 une d\u00e9claration de Ahmedou Ould Abdallah, ancien ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res mauritanien critiquant la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de Mugabe:\u00a0\u00ab <\/span>Les pr\u00e9sidents qui s’accrochent font tous les m\u00eames fautes. Ils veulent survivre \u00e0 la mort, ils se croient rois et veulent s’imposer pour toujours, via un h\u00e9ritier, et \u00e9coutent les mauvais g\u00e9nies<\/em> \u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
