Et donc qu\u2019elles n\u2019\u00e9taient pas cach\u00e9es. Mais le procureur ne compte pas l&rsquo;entendre de cette oreille.<br \/>\nDans un communiqu\u00e9 relay\u00e9 par nos confr\u00e8res de koaci, le<span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0Procureur\u00a0<\/span>de la r\u00e9publique Adjoint, Kanga Yao fait des clarifications concernant la <span class=\"KText_\">d\u00e9tention\u00a0<\/span>de Soul to Soul.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em><strong>Le Procureur<span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span>de la R\u00e9publique tient \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre que la d\u00e9tention, l\u2019entreposage et la cession d\u2019armes de guerre et de munitions de premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie constituent des infractions formelles qui sont consomm\u00e9es par la simple commission des actes incrimin\u00e9s,<\/strong><\/em> \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M Kanga Yao<\/p>\n<p>M Kanga Yao pr\u00e9cise dans ce communiqu\u00e9 que les d\u00e9clarations \u00ab <em><strong>qui visent \u00e0 mettre hors de cause l\u2019inculp\u00e9, sont sans incidence sur l\u2019existence desdites infractions \u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel depuis le 9 octobre, M.
