Aggrey Kibenge, sous-secr\u00e9taire du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Education, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les messages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour promouvoir diverses comp\u00e9tences et valeurs, au profit d&rsquo;un enfant pendant et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Les enfants d&rsquo;\u00e2ge pr\u00e9scolaire de trois \u00e0 cinq ans apprendront \u00ables parties du corps, les parties intimes et les formes inacceptables de toucher le corps\u00bb.<br \/>\nLes fonctionnaires croient que les enfants \u00e0 ce stade d\u00e9velopperont la conscience, le refus et les comp\u00e9tences communicatives pour devenir des citoyens responsables.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e apprendront pourquoi certaines parties du corps sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme priv\u00e9es, la pubert\u00e9, la grossesse, le toucher inappropri\u00e9 et quand le signaler. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, \u00e2g\u00e9s de six \u00e0 neuf ans, apprendront \u00e9galement sur le VIH \/ sida et les maladies sexuellement transmissibles.<br \/>\nLes autres groupes sont des \u00e9l\u00e8ves (de 10 \u00e0 12 ans) qui recevront des cours d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne personnelle pendant la pubert\u00e9, la virginit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;abstinence; les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire (13 \u00e0 16 ans) et les \u00e9tudiants des \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (17 ans et plus).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les enfants sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes formes, fr\u00e9quences et niveaux de violence physique, \u00e9motionnelle et sexuelle \u00e0 la maison et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> indique le rapport.<\/p>\n<p>M. Ismail Mulindwa, commissaire en charge des \u00e9coles priv\u00e9es et coordonnateur du cadre, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le Centre national de d\u00e9veloppement des programmes utilisera ce rapport pour \u00e9laborer les programmes d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes appropri\u00e9s pour les diff\u00e9rents groupes.<\/p>\n<p>M.
