Dadj\u00e9 a soulign\u00e9 que Michel Gbagbo est poursuivi en m\u00eame temps que le journaliste fran\u00e7ais Laurent Despas, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du site d\u2019information Koaci.com.<\/p>\n<p>Ce proc\u00e8s annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 la mi-juin, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9 \u00e0 deux reprises, en raison d\u2019un accord entre les avocats de M. Gbagbo et le parquet. L\u2019absence du co-accus\u00e9 Laurent Despas, \u00ab\u00a0en France pour raison familiale\u00a0\u00bb depuis le 6 juin a \u00e9galement motiv\u00e9 ce report.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux hommes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9s le 26 mai 2016, mais laiss\u00e9s en libert\u00e9 par le procureur d\u2019Abidjan, Richard Adou, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une interview accord\u00e9e par le fils Gbagbo \u00e0 Koaci.com, publi\u00e9e le 2 mai.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet entretien, Michel Gbagbo d\u00e9clarait qu\u2019\u00a0\u00bb\u00e0 la date du 30 mars 2016, 250 personnes \u00e9taient encore d\u00e9tenues dans les prisons\u00a0\u00bb ivoiriennes et que \u00ab\u00a0300 personnes (&#8230;) inculp\u00e9es et plac\u00e9es sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t depuis 2011 sont port\u00e9es disparues\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le parquet informe qu\u2019il n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi d\u2019aucun cas de disparition d\u2019inculp\u00e9s de la crise post\u00e9lectorale\u00a0\u00bb, avait r\u00e9agi M. Adou, critiquant les d\u00e9clarations \u00ab\u00a0sans fondement et mensong\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb de Michel Gbagbo.<\/p>\n<p>Michel, fils de l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident Laurent Gbagbo issu d\u2019un premier mariage avec une Fran\u00e7aise, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 le 10 mars 2015 \u00e0 cinq ans d\u2019emprisonnement pour \u00ab\u00a0attentat \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat\u00a0\u00bb, sans toutefois \u00eatre \u00e9crou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Gbagbo, \u00e9pouse de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la CPI, purge elle une peine de 20 ans dans cette m\u00eame affaire, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e pour son r\u00f4le dans la crise caus\u00e9e par le refus de son mari de reconna\u00eetre la victoire d\u2019Alassane Ouattara \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de novembre 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Laurent Gbagbo est \u00e9crou\u00e9 depuis la fin 2011 \u00e0 La Haye, o\u00f9 il est jug\u00e9 par la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale pour \u00ab\u00a0crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s commis pendant la crise post-\u00e9lectorale de 2010-2011, qui a fait plus de 3.000
