C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;information relay\u00e9e par la presse dont le journal Le Monde dans sa publication de ce jeudi 19 Octobre 2017.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La crise qui dure depuis un an dans les r\u00e9gions du Nord-Ouest et du Sud-Ouest a d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 le 1<sup>er\u00a0<\/sup>octobre, en marge de la proclamation symbolique d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de l\u2019Etat d\u2019Ambazonie par des militants s\u00e9cessionnistes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, indique ce nouveau rapport.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les violences ont fait au moins des dizaines de morts et plus de 100\u00a0bless\u00e9s parmi les manifestants\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne l\u2019International Crisis Group (ICG), qui y voit\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0le point culminant d\u2019une nouvelle phase de durcissement de la crise\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Du fait de cette r\u00e9pression meurtri\u00e8re<\/em>\u00a0[par les forces de l\u2019ordre]<em>, les rangs des s\u00e9cessionnistes augmentent de jour en jour, et certains d\u2019entre eux \u00e9voquent plus r\u00e9solument l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une lutte arm\u00e9e ou de l\u2019<\/em>\u201c<em>autod\u00e9fense<\/em>\u201d<em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0S\u2019il veut \u00e9viter la naissance d\u2019une insurrection arm\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9gions anglophones, qui ne manquerait pas d\u2019avoir des r\u00e9percussions en zone franccophone, le pr\u00e9sident camerounais doit\u00a0 aller au-del\u00e0 des mesures cosm\u00e9tiques et prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s pour trouver des solutions politiques \u00e0 la crise.\u00a0<\/em>(\u2026)<em>\u00a0La gravit\u00e9 de la situation oblige \u00e0 agir plus vite\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9vient le rapport.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces r\u00e9formes devraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es d\u2019un dialogue inclusif au plus haut niveau\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, alors que\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019aggravation de la crise\u00a0<\/em>(\u2026)<em>\u00a0requiert d\u00e9sormais l\u2019intervention d\u2019un m\u00e9diateur cr\u00e9dible\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, comme l\u2019Organisation des Nations unies ou l&rsquo;union africaine, propose l\u2019ICG.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un rapport du centre d&rsquo;analyse international Crisis group(ICG) a mis en garde les autorit\u00e9s Camerounaises sur la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une insurrection arm\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9gions anglophones au Cameroun.
