Parlant lors de la 54e r\u00e9union du Comit\u00e9 des doyens des \u00e9coles de troisi\u00e8me cycle (CDPGS) dans les universit\u00e9s nig\u00e9rianes, le pasteur a dit que son exp\u00e9rience avec les universitaires montre que beaucoup d’entre eux sont si fiers d’avoir acquis l’autorit\u00e9 dans leurs domaines de pr\u00e9dilection.<\/p>\n

Dans ses mots, il a dit<\/p>\n

\u00a0Partout o\u00f9 je vais au Nigeria aujourd’hui, tout le monde continue \u00e0 se plaindre que les choses ne fonctionnent pas; mais qui va commencer pour faire fonctionner les choses et quand? Cette personne est vous et ce temps est maintenant; et l’\u00e9ducation post-universitaire devrait servir de plate-forme pour inciter nos \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 trouver des solutions. Aujourd’hui, ce sont les penseurs qui dirigent le monde et nous devons \u00eatre orient\u00e9s vers le d\u00e9veloppement dans ce que nous faisons.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Pour faire cette diff\u00e9rence, Oyedepo a mis les doyens au d\u00e9fi de commencer \u00e0 penser hors de la bo\u00eete, en disant que c’est ce qui les propulserait \u00e0 inculquer la m\u00eame culture chez leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n

Le leadership n’est pas dans le si\u00e8ge du conducteur, mais ajoute des valeurs. En tant que doyen, vous devez commencer \u00e0 penser \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence que vous allez faire dans cette position; quelles contributions en termes d’innovations et d’exploit. Vous n’avez aucune affaire dans cette position si vous ne pouvez pas faire la diff\u00e9rence qui sera un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour vos successeurs des ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s votre d\u00e9part.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En outre, Oyedepo a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 la \u00ablecture de la pens\u00e9e\u00bb; concept qui selon lui, allie recherche et pens\u00e9e critique de solutions. La configuration biologique de l’homme reste la m\u00eame quelle que soit la couleur ou la taille, a soutenu Oyedepo.<\/p>\n
