Ce vendredi 13 octobre, cette derni\u00e8re a confirm\u00e9 que Jacob Zuma, actuel pr\u00e9sident Sud-Africain pouvait-\u00eatre poursuivi pour corruption dans un dossier de ventes d\u2019armes.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Afrique du Sud a tent\u00e9 de relancer contre lui 783 inculpations de corruption, fraude fiscale et extorsion de fonds, ce qu\u2019a rejet\u00e9 la cour supr\u00eame d\u2019appel de Bloemfontein. A pr\u00e9sent, c\u2019est au parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sud-africain de relancer le dossier et envoyer Jacob Zuma devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef de l\u2019Etat est accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir touch\u00e9 des pots-de-vin pour des ventes d\u2019armes de 4,2 milliards d\u2019euros en 1999 par son pays avec plusieurs entreprises europ\u00e9ennes alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait vice-pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p>Il avait alors \u00e9t\u00e9 formellement inculp\u00e9, mais ces poursuites avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9es en 2009 pour des raisons politiques, selon le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Depuis 2009, le principal parti politique Sud-Africain, l\u2019Alliance d\u00e9mocratique (DA), se bat pour que ce dossier ressurgisse.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, l\u2019Alliance d\u00e9mocratique obtient satisfaction. Un tribunal de Pretoria, a jug\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0irrationnel\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019abandon des poursuites engag\u00e9es contre Jacob Zuma. Le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le pr\u00e9sident ont fait appel de cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Les appels sont rejet\u00e9s<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a estim\u00e9 ce vendredi 13 octobre, la Cour supr\u00eame d\u2019appel dans son jugement. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les raisons avanc\u00e9es pour interrompre les poursuites (\u2026) ne r\u00e9sistent pas \u00e0 l\u2019examen<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a justifi\u00e9 le juge Leach dans ses conclusions.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, Jacob Zuma, qui est \u00e0 son deuxi\u00e8me et dernier mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel, devra quitter le pouvoir.
