Tout est parti d&rsquo;une gr\u00e8ve de plusieurs avocats. Leur principal revendication portait sur la traduction en anglais du Code de l\u2019organisation pour l\u2019harmonisation en Afrique du droit des Affaires (Ohada) et d\u2019autres textes de lois vot\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Un mois apr\u00e8s, c\u2019\u00e9tait au tour des\u00a0enseignants de cesser le travail pour s\u2019insurger contre les r\u00e9currentes nominations des francophones dans les r\u00e9gions anglophones. Contenus dans la seule r\u00e9gion du Nord-Ouest au d\u00e9part, les mouvements de gr\u00e8ve vont peu \u00e0 peu prendre de l&rsquo;ampleur en se propageant vers la seconde r\u00e9gion anglophone au Sud-Ouest.<\/p>\n<p>Les mouvements de protestation vont se muer en crise politique au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2017, avec une coupure d&rsquo;internet de trois mois impos\u00e9e par le gouvernement Biya. La Crise a connu un \u00e9pisode plus sanglant le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0octobre dernier, jour d&rsquo;anniversaire de la r\u00e9unification officielle des parties anglophone et francophone. Plusieurs sc\u00e8nes de violences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vues sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>A en croire un rapport publi\u00e9 par Amnesty international, au moins 17 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es par les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en marge d&rsquo;une proclamation symbolique d'\u00a0\u00bbind\u00e9pendance\u00a0\u00bb. Les leaders anglophones qui contestent,\u00a0 demandent en majorit\u00e9 un retour au f\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme et, pour une minorit\u00e9, l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance et la proclamation d&rsquo;un nouvel \u00c9tat qu&rsquo;ils appellent l'\u00a0\u00bb<em>Ambazonie<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le Cameroun, qui fait face \u00e0 Boko Haram dans l\u2019Extr\u00eame-Nord et aux miliciens centrafricains \u00e0 l\u2019est, doit \u00e9viter l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un nouveau front potentiellement d\u00e9stabilisateur. Une aggravation du probl\u00e8me anglophone pourrait affecter les \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pr\u00e9vues en 2018.
