Le Commandement de la police de l’\u00c9tat de Lagos a r\u00e9cemment mis aux arr\u00eats une maman de 36 ans, Gift Igwe, accus\u00e9e d\u2019avoir mis le feu sur le neveu de son mari, Chimobi, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 10 ans.<\/p>\n

Punch rapporte qu\u2019Igwe s\u2019\u00e9tait f\u00e2ch\u00e9e contre la victime apr\u00e8s que celui-ci ait \u00e9gar\u00e9 son pantalon. D\u00e9vast\u00e9e par la col\u00e8re, elle aurait vers\u00e9 du p\u00e9trole sur lui avant de mettre le feu.<\/p>\n

Selon les voisins, le jeune gar\u00e7on qui est actuellement sous protection dans l’\u00c9tat de Lagos, \u00e9tait constamment une victime d\u2019abus, car Igwe n\u2019h\u00e9sitait pas \u00e0 le maltraiter \u00e0 la moindre provocation. Mais les choses ont tourn\u00e9 au vinaigre quand elle a mis le feu sur ce jeune gar\u00e7on. Les gens de la communaut\u00e9 ne pouvant plus se taire ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire appel \u00e0 la police.<\/p>\n

Lors d\u2019une interview avec Punch, Chimobi, expliquant comment les faits se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0J’ai perdu mon pantalon et maman a vers\u00e9 du p\u00e9trole sur moi et a mis le feu. Les gens sont venus \u00e0 mon secours\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Je ne suis plus all\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole depuis que je vis avec eux\u00a0\u00bb. Ce dernier \u00e9tait venu vivre chez son oncle pour aider sa femme qui a un b\u00e9b\u00e9 d\u2019environ un an.<\/p>\n

Confirmant l\u2019incident, Olarinde Famous-Colen, un officier de la police a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019Igwe a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9e sous caution \u00e0 cause de son b\u00e9b\u00e9 mais compara\u00eetra devant le tribunal une fois l\u2019enqu\u00eate boucl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
