Une fois de plus, la tentative de Donald Trump d\u2019abroger l\u2019Obamacare, la couverture maladie, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e sans succ\u00e8s. <\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est une promesse de campagne que Donald Trump n\u2019arrive pas encore \u00e0 tenir. En effet, il a de nombreuses difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se d\u00e9barrasser de l\u2019Obamacare. Avec 52 si\u00e8ges sur 100, les r\u00e9publicains auraient d\u00fb avoir gain de cause mais il y a eu des revers surprenants dans le clan de Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9fection de trois s\u00e9nateurs<\/h2>\n

Trois s\u00e9nateurs ont fait d\u00e9fection au projet de Trump d\u2019abroger l\u2019Obamacare. En effet, apr\u00e8s Jonh Mc Cain puis Rand Paul, c\u2019est la s\u00e9natrice Susan Collins qui a fait volte-face. Pour elle, cette proposition de loi aurait un impact n\u00e9gatif important sur le nombre de gens couverts par une assurance. C\u2019est une grande d\u00e9faite pour le clan r\u00e9publicain qui projetait faire voter cette nouvelle mouture avant la fin de l’ann\u00e9e budg\u00e9taire 2017. Cependant, depuis des mois, la majorit\u00e9 n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 rassembler \u00e0 la fois ses membres mod\u00e9r\u00e9s et les plus conservateurs.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9action du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain<\/h2>\n

Pour Donald Trump, c\u2019est d\u00e9solant de n\u2019avoir pas pu abroger l\u2019Obamacare. En effet, il affirme\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0On m’avait promis que j’aurais une loi \u00e0 promulguer sur mon bureau d\u00e8s le premier jour\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le projet des r\u00e9publicains consistait \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer aux \u00c9tats une partie du budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la sant\u00e9. En m\u00eame temps, les cr\u00e9dits devaient \u00eatre r\u00e9duits et les autorit\u00e9s locales autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u00e9r\u00e9glementer le march\u00e9 priv\u00e9 des assurances sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

De nombreuses voix se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour d\u00e9noncer cette intention de Donald Trump. En effet, une coalition compos\u00e9e de m\u00e9decins, d’associations de malades, de compagnies d’assurance et d’\u00e9lus d\u00e9mocrates s’est mobilis\u00e9e contre le plan.
