Pour sa deuxi\u00e8me sortie \u00e0 la Cour P\u00e9nale Internationale dans le cadre de son t\u00e9moignage sur l’affaire conjointe de Laurent Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, l\u2019ex chef d\u2019Etat-major des arm\u00e9es ivoiriennes Philippe Mangou a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l’une des conversations avec le pr\u00e9sident Alassane Ouattara qui l\u2019avait joint au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone dans son lieu de refuge \u00e0 l\u2019Ambassade de l\u2019Afrique du Sud, pour l\u2019inviter \u00e0 faire une d\u00e9claration de cessez-le-feu.<\/p>\n

Mon g\u00e9n\u00e9ral je sais que, tu es \u00e9cout\u00e9 par vos hommes. Il y a trop de morts, ce n\u2019est pas ce que je veux. Je vous demande de venir sur le plateau de TCI pour demander le cessez-le-feu<\/em> \u00bb, a\u00a0 fait savoir l\u2019actuel Ambassadeur de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire au Gabon, avant de donner la r\u00e9ponse de son interlocuteur. \u00ab Je lui ai dit Mr le pr\u00e9sident vous savez que actuellement je ne commande rien (\u2026). Par la suite le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mangou a indiqu\u00e9 que toutes les chancelleries \u00e9taient inform\u00e9es du bombardement du palais pr\u00e9sidentiel m\u00eame s’il fallait tuer Laurent Gbagbo. \u00ab Ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019en finir avec lui<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n

L’officier sup\u00e9rieur a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu’il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 par Mme l\u2019Ambassadeur de ce qui se pr\u00e9parait contre Laurent Gbagbo.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que l’ancien pr\u00e9sident Laurent Gbagbo est poursuivi pour quatre chefs d’accusation: crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 (meurtre, viol, tentative de meurtre et pers\u00e9cution) perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s \u00e0 Abidjan, conjointement avec les membres de son entourage imm\u00e9diat et par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire des forces qui lui sont rest\u00e9es fid\u00e8les. Des accusations que la d\u00e9fense consid\u00e8re mensong\u00e8res et fabriqu\u00e9es de toute pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n

Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 qui \u00e9tait le ministre de la Jeunesse de Laurent Gbagbo au moment des faits, aurait engag\u00e9 sa responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale individuelle pour des crimes, \u00ab alternativement en tant que coauteur indirect \u00bb, avec son Alliance des jeunes patriotes, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par certains comme une milice \u00e0 la solde du pouvoir Gbagbo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
