L’envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial de l’ONU en Libye, Ghassan Salam\u00e9, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Saif Al-Islam Kadhafi, le fils du d\u00e9funt pr\u00e9sident de la Libye, pourrait \u00eatre candidat lors des prochaines \u00e9lections parlementaire et pr\u00e9sidentielle qui auront lieu bient\u00f4t. Lors d\u2019une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 France 24 vendredi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les \u00e9lections (parlementaires et pr\u00e9sidentielle) qui sont le point d\u2019arriv\u00e9e du processus doivent \u00eatre ouvertes \u00e0 tout le monde \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Ghassan Salam\u00e9 dans une interview \u00e0 la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision France 24.<\/p>\n

Interrog\u00e9 si ces \u00e9lections pouvaient inclure les islamistes, Salam\u00e9 a expliqu\u00e9 que ces derniers constituent une partie importante de la lutte actuelle et participeront donc au processus politique.<\/p>\n

Salam\u00e9, qui a pris ses fonctions en juillet, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re une feuille de route pour la Libye et les diff\u00e9rentes pr\u00e9parations en cours pour les prochaines \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. \u00ab\u00a0Nous devons cr\u00e9er les conditions pour ces \u00e9lections, et nous devrions savoir comment choisir un pr\u00e9sident\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est avec stupeur et consternation que les autorit\u00e9s libyennes ont re\u00e7u ces remarques.
