Depuis la mort du guide Libyen, Muhammar Kadhafi, la Libye ne se porte pas bien. La 72e<\/sup> Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ONU n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9voquer ce sujet lors du discours de l\u2019\u00e9missaire onusien de la crise libyenne, Ghassan Salam\u00e9, mercredi 20 septembre.<\/p>\n

Ce dernier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plan de sortie de crise passant par les \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, dont un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum d\u2019ici \u00e0 un an.<\/p>\n

Fayez Al Sarrag, le Premier ministre du gouvernement de Tripoli a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de cette feuille de route.<\/p>\n

Je remercie tous ceux qui ont pris part \u00e0 la r\u00e9union sp\u00e9ciale sur la Libye. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant, un moment d\u2019un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat et tous les participants ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019en toile de fond, toute solution doit rester politique et une assistance sera n\u00e9cessaire pour les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles et parlementaires l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Nous demandons au secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et \u00e0 l\u2019envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial de l\u2019ONU\u00a0pour la Libye de nous pr\u00e9senter un calendrier, un message clair destin\u00e9 \u00e0 tous ceux qui tentent d\u2019entraver ce processus<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

, a lanc\u00e9 le premier ministre Libyen.<\/p>\n

Fayez Al Sarrag, a saisi la tribune de l\u2019ONU\u00a0pour r\u00e9affirmer l\u2019importance pour l\u2019Afrique d\u2019avoir un droit de veto au sein du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, vu que les d\u00e9cisions de cet organe concerne directement le continent.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous croyons que ceci nous aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le r\u00f4le de notre organisation en octroyant un si\u00e8ge permanent au continent africain au sein du conseil, conform\u00e9ment au Consensus d\u2019Ezulwini et \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de Syrte<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En attendant que l\u2019ONU \u00e9tudie cette suggestion, l\u2019\u00e9missaire Onusien, Ghassan Salam\u00e9, a propos\u00e9 que les r\u00e9solutions sign\u00e9es en 2015 pour une sortie de crise en Libye soient amend\u00e9es au cours d\u2019une prochaine r\u00e9union qu\u2019il convoquera. Il a aussi \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l\u2019organisation d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence par l\u2019ONU pour la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des acteurs libyens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
