{"id":81882,"date":"2017-09-20T18:54:38","date_gmt":"2017-09-20T18:54:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/?p=81882"},"modified":"2017-09-20T18:54:38","modified_gmt":"2017-09-20T18:54:38","slug":"zimbabwe-interdire-vente-dalcool-semaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/zimbabwe-interdire-vente-dalcool-semaine\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Zimbabwe veut interdire la vente d&rsquo;alcool en semaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin de freiner les abus, le gouvernement zimbabw\u00e9en envisage de promulguer une loi interdisant la vente d&rsquo;alcool du lundi au vendredi et surtout aux femmes enceintes.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La nouvelle loi concernera particuli\u00e8rement les conducteurs de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur, qui pourraient \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9s s&rsquo;ils sont pris pour conduite en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse, avec des taux d&rsquo;alcool\u00e9mie exc\u00e9dant 0,08 par 100 ml, selon Zimbabwe Mails.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ancien ministre de la Sant\u00e9 du Zimbabwe, Timothy Stamps, qui est actuellement conseiller en sant\u00e9 au bureau du pr\u00e9sident, est l&rsquo;artisan de la nouvelle Politique nationale sur l&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Sunday Mail, un autre journal zimbabw\u00e9en, les d\u00e9taillants qui vendront de l&rsquo;alcool \u00e0 des femmes enceintes seront \u00e9galement poursuivis.<\/p>\n<p>La politique recommande que les publicit\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;alcool soient effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 au moins 100 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;une intersection routi\u00e8re, d&rsquo;une \u00e9cole, d&rsquo;une clinique, d&rsquo;un h\u00f4pital, d&rsquo;une \u00e9glise et des maisons anciennes,\u00a0ont indiqu\u00e9 les journaux citant Stamps.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle loi fournira \u00e9galement une ligne directive sur la consommation d&rsquo;alcool dans les f\u00eates comme les mariages et les anniversaires, selon le lieu de la f\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Les critiques sur cette r\u00e9glementation propos\u00e9e ont n\u00e9anmoins relev\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me, l&rsquo; impact sur la rentabilit\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9taillants.
