La justice \u00e9tudie une possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tablir des poursuites engag\u00e9es contre lui concernant cette affaire.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<p>La cour supr\u00eame de Bloemfontein a deux jours pour \u00e9tudier un dossier de Jacob Zuma qui date de 1999. En marge d\u2019un important contrat d\u2019armement, la cour supr\u00eame va donc d\u00e9terminer si oui ou non elle pourra r\u00e9tablir les poursuites engag\u00e9es pour corruption contre le pr\u00e9sident Sud-Africain.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le professeur de droit Steve Tuson, \u00ab\u00a0<em>Si le tribunal statue contre lui (Zuma), il dispose d\u2019un autre appel \u00e0 sa disposition \u00e0 la Cour constitutionnelle. La Cour constitutionnelle a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e devant le tribunal apex, la plus haute juridiction de notre pays sur toutes les questions. Auparavant, le tribunal avait statu\u00e9 sur des questions constitutionnelles. Si M. Zuma \u00e9choue devant la Cour constitutionnelle, alors les accusations sont automatiquement r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et il devrait \u00eatre poursuivi pour ces accusations\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La justice avait auparavant annul\u00e9 783 chefs de corruption, fraude fiscale et extorsion de fond contre Jacob Zuma, faute de preuves. Pleine de rebondissements, ce feuilleton politico-judiciaire tient en haleine l\u2019Afrique du Sud depuis 1999.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a eu une d\u00e9cision de poursuivre Jacob Zuma, il aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre poursuivi \u00e0 l\u2018\u00e9poque<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, lance James Selfe, repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019Alliance d\u00e9mocratique (DA). \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il est en fait scandaleux que 8 ans et demi plus tard et des millions de rands de frais juridiques plus tard, nous arrivons au stade o\u00f9 nous aurions d\u00fb \u00eatre en 2007<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p>A plusieurs reprises, Jacob Zuma est pass\u00e9 entre les mailles du filet de la justice de son pays.
