Depuis les manifestations du 6 et 7 septembre, plusieurs interpellations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 au Togo. Alors que le gouvernement annonce 80 interpellations, l’opposition parle de plus d’une centaine. Amnesty international assure que la r\u00e9pression s\u2019est poursuivie apr\u00e8s les manifestations.<\/h4>\n

Selon Amnesty International au moins 70 personnes seraient encore en d\u00e9tention et une cinquantaine de manifestants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9es par les tirs de gaz lacrymog\u00e8nes. L’ONG reste ferme, la r\u00e9pression s’est poursuivie apr\u00e8s les manifestations, jeudi soir, mais aussi ces derniers jours.<\/p>\n

Joint par RFI, Aim\u00e9 Adi, directeur d’Amnesty International au Togo, d\u00e9nonce des descentes de police dans certains quartiers de la capitale et d’autres grandes villes.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les descentes dans les maisons ont surtout eu lieu dans la nuit du jeudi et se sont poursuivies le vendredi et le samedi. Des militaires descendent dans des quartiers bien cibl\u00e9s. Ils les encerclent et tapent, avec des cordelettes et des cha\u00eenes, toute personne vivant dans ces maisons, sans distinction. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s inquiets par rapport \u00e0 ces formes de descentes punitives\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong><\/em> souligne-t-il.<\/p>\n

Aim\u00e9 Adi ajoute que ces descentes ont eu lieu \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, Sodok\u00e9 et \u00e0 Bafilo et que les maisons ne sont pas choisies au hasard.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ce sont des maisons qui sont bien cibl\u00e9es, dans des quartiers reconnus et r\u00e9put\u00e9s\u00a0proches de l\u2019opposition\u00a0ou tout simplement des quartiers o\u00f9 on a vu se former des bandes de militants durant les manifestations. Ce sont surtout les militaires qui interviennent dans ces maisons<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le directeur d\u2019Amnesty International au Togo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
