Cette gr\u00e8ve concerne les salaires et les conditions de travail. Selon la compagnie a\u00e9rienne de transport, interrog\u00e9e jeudi 7 septembre, \u00ab C<em>e mouvement ne devrait pas avoir d\u2019impact<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat des pilotes a rencontr\u00e9 la direction d&rsquo;Air France, lundi 4 septembre, mais, n\u2019a pas obtenu satisfaction sur l\u2019ensemble de ses revendications, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AFP son pr\u00e9sident, Gr\u00e9goire Aplincourt.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019appel \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en fin juillet. Elle vise \u00e0 obtenir une revalorisation des grilles salariales bloqu\u00e9es depuis 2011 et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail chez les commandants de bord op\u00e9rant sur un moyen-courrier.<\/p>\n<p>Les commandants de bord d\u2019Air France sont parmi les moins bien pay\u00e9s d\u2019Europe, voire du monde, selon Gr\u00e9goire Aplincourt. Ils ont perdu 12 jours de repos par an dans le cadre du dernier plan strat\u00e9gique de la compagnie, \u00ab\u00a0Trust Together\u00a0\u00bb (la confiance ensemble), sign\u00e9 par le SNPL, syndicat majoritaire dans les cockpits.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le syndicat, cette mesure prise au nom de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 pose un probl\u00e8me de qualit\u00e9 de vie, certes, mais aussi de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des vols, alors que cet \u00e9t\u00e9 les pilotes \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9puis\u00e9s par un rythme de travail soutenu. Contact\u00e9e par l\u2019AFP, la direction du groupe Air France n\u2019a pas voulu s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur les motivations du syndicat.
