Les relations entre l&rsquo;Egypte et la Cor\u00e9e du Nord feraient partie des raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h2>Une aide de pr\u00e8s de 100 millions de dollars<\/h2>\n<p>Les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es quant \u00e0 la suppression de cette aide ont \u00e9t\u00e9 premi\u00e8rement la volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9primer l\u2019opposition. Un coup dur pour l\u2019Egypte. En effet, l\u2019aide apport\u00e9e par les Etats-Unis se chiffrait \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 100 millions de dollars. En plus de cette annulation, s\u2019ajoute le gel temporaire de 195 millions de dollars qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 promis \u00e0 celui qui est le pays le plus peupl\u00e9 du monde arabe.<\/p>\n<p>La raison officielle \u00e9voqu\u00e9e est la volont\u00e9 de faire pression sur le gouvernement afin qu\u2019il am\u00e9liore sa politique en mati\u00e8re de droits de l&rsquo;Homme. Washington veut aussi faire pression quant \u00e0 une loi qui restreint de mani\u00e8re draconienne la sph\u00e8re d\u2019action des ONG en Egypte. Cette mesure vise particuli\u00e8rement les organisations \u0153uvrant pour la d\u00e9mocratisation du pays.<\/p>\n<h2>Aucun cas des critiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 cette annulation<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019Egypte soit l\u2019un des deux seuls pays signataires d\u2019un accord de paix avec Isra\u00ebl, alli\u00e9 des Etats-Unis, elle continue d\u2019entretenir des relations avec la Cor\u00e9e du Nord. Cette relation n\u2019est pas du go\u00fbt des Am\u00e9ricains. En effet, le programme nucl\u00e9aire d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la Cor\u00e9e du Nord est re\u00e7u comme une menace par Washington. Port Sa\u00efd en Egypte est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par un rapport de l\u2019ONU comme un point focal par des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9cran nord-cor\u00e9ennes pour le trafic d\u2019armes ou encore le trafic d\u2019\u00e9quipements militaires ou de min\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019Egypte ne se voit pas sans cette aide, le gouvernement n\u2019en a fait aucun cas lors de la rencontre entre le pr\u00e9sident al-Sissi et Jared Kushner, le gendre de Donald Trump.
