Mais, des contingences diverses dont une p\u00e9riode de relations agit\u00e9es entre les deux pays, ont rallong\u00e9 le temps d\u2019attente.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le renouement des relations entre les deux pays depuis la premi\u00e8re visite officielle du nouveau Pr\u00e9sident burkinab\u00e9, Roch Kabor\u00e9, \u00e0 Yamoussoukro, en 2016, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 5\u00e8 sommet du Tac, le projet de r\u00e9novation de la boucle ferroviaire Abidjan Ouaga-Kaya est enfin sorti des nimbes. <em><strong>\u00abLes travaux vont effectivement d\u00e9marrer d\u00e8s le 15 septembre, les commandes de nouveaux mat\u00e9riels \u00e9galement, des nouvelles locomotives (&#8230;). Ca va aller tr\u00e8s rapidement\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, a ainsi d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le PDG de Bollor\u00e9 Railways, Eric Melet, apr\u00e8s la signature d\u2019un nouvel accord entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes: la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Sitarail, appartenant au groupe Bollor\u00e9, et les gouvernements burkinab\u00e8 et ivoirien, rapporte le quotidien ivoirien Fraternit\u00e9 Matin<\/p>\n<p>Ce tron\u00e7on ferroviaire entre Abidjan et Ouagadougou-Kaya est un v\u00e9ritable cordon ombilical pour l\u2019import-export entre la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et le Burkina Faso, pays sah\u00e9lien enclav\u00e9 en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00abLa croissance \u00e9conomique est dynamique entre le Burkina Faso et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et il y a beaucoup de mat\u00e9riels qui doivent \u00eatre transport\u00e9s sur le chemin de fer\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, a soulign\u00e9 M.Melet.<\/p>\n<p>Par cette voie ferr\u00e9e longue de 1 260 km, le Burkina Faso exporte du coton et du mangan\u00e8se vers Abidjan et importe du p\u00e9trole, du ciment, des engrais ainsi que d\u2019autres marchandises \u00e0 Kaya, dans la r\u00e9gion du Centre-Nord. Pour les industriels de ces deux pays, le train pr\u00e9sente aussi l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre le moyen de transport le moins co\u00fbteux, relate notre confr\u00e8re de l\u2019Agence France Presse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CO\u00dbT DU PROJET : 262 MILLIARDS DE FRANCS CFA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em><strong>L\u2019aboutissement des n\u00e9gociations avec le groupe Bollor\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9habilitation du chemin de fer va permettre la r\u00e9alisation du projet, d\u2019un montant total de 400 millions d\u2019euros, soit 262 milliards de francs CFA<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le ministre burkinab\u00e8 des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Alpha Barry. La concession de l\u2019exploitation et la r\u00e9habilitation du chemin de fer Abidjan-Ouagadougou, avec son prolongement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Tambao, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e aux groupes Panafrican Minerals et Bollor\u00e9 en 2014.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em><strong>La croissance \u00e9conomique est dynamique entre le Burkina Faso et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et il y a beaucoup de mat\u00e9riel qui doit \u00eatre transport\u00e9 par le chemin de fer\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 M. Melet.
