Apr\u00e8s la vague de contestation et d’indignation qui a frapp\u00e9 le Maroc suite \u00e0 l’agression s3xuelle d’une jeune fille de 24 ans dans un bus, http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/maroc-marche-de-protestation-organisee-contre-violences-aux-femmes\/,<\/a>\u00a0 le chef du gouvernement marocain Saadeddine El Othmani a annonc\u00e9, jeudi dernier, \u00a0l’\u00e9laboration d’une strat\u00e9gie contre les violences faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n

Le gouvernement \u201cr\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 comment traiter ce genre de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes pour que ces actes ne se reproduisent plus\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. El Othmani, issu du Parti justice et d\u00e9veloppement (PJD, islamiste) dans une allocution diffus\u00e9e jeudi. \u201cLa strat\u00e9gie adopt\u00e9e par le gouvernement dans ce sens sera annonc\u00e9e au moment opportun\u201d,<\/strong><\/em> a-t-il assur\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La ministre islamiste de la Femme, Bassima Hakkaoui, a \u00e9t\u00e9 critiqu\u00e9e pour sa lenteur \u00e0 r\u00e9agir. Elle avait fini par d\u00e9noncer mardi un \u201ccrime honteux<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, et promis \u201cd\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption de la loi de lutte contre les violences\u201d<\/em><\/strong> faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n

L\u2019affaire a \u00e9clat\u00e9 avec la diffusion dimanche sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019une vid\u00e9o montrant une horde d\u2019adolescents hilares, bousculant violemment une jeune femme en pleurs dans un bus de Casablanca (ouest), essayant de la d\u00e9shabiller et touchant ses parties intimes. Les six agresseurs ont par la suite \u00e9t\u00e9 mis aux arr\u00eats.<\/p>\n

A ce jour une grosse faille reste visible dans la juridiction marocaine. En effet dans le Royaume Cherifien, la loi\u00a0\u201ccondamne le harc\u00e8lement des femmes au travail, mais pas dans les espaces publics<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, avait conc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AFP\u00a0Mustapha Ramid, ministre d\u2019Etat charg\u00e9 des droits de l\u2019Homme, lui aussi issu du\u00a0PJD. Il avait n\u00e9anmoins assur\u00e9 qu\u2019un projet de loi incluant pour la premi\u00e8re fois le harc\u00e8lement dans les lieux publics \u00e9tait en cours d\u2019adoption.<\/p>\n

Alors que ni le chauffeur du bus ni les passagers ne sont intervenus pour stopper l\u2019agression, le ministre de la Justice Mohamed Aujjar a exhort\u00e9 mercredi les procureurs \u00e0 ouvrir des enqu\u00eates sur les cas de non-d\u00e9nonciation de crimes.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u201cun \u00e9ni\u00e8me incident r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de cette violence courante au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 marocaine\u201d, rel\u00e8ve le chercheur et journaliste Abdellah Tourabi, dans une chronique remarqu\u00e9e o\u00f9 il estime que \u201cles jeunes sont victimes de la d\u00e9mission de l\u2019Etat et des parents\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Douze ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019adoption du nouveau code de la famille qui accorde plus de droits aux femmes, celles-ci restent encore victimes de l\u2019h\u00e9g\u00e9monie de l\u2019homme dans les espaces publics, o\u00f9 elles subissent fr\u00e9quemment insultes et agressions sexistes.<\/p>\n

Selon des chiffres officiels, pr\u00e8s de deux Marocaines sur trois sont victimes de violences. La violence physique \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard est la plus manifeste dans les lieux publics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
