En effet, il y a une certaine cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019employ\u00e9s \u00e0 ne surtout pas embaucher au risque de voir votre maison submerg\u00e9e de catastrophes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">1.Les employ\u00e9s qui ne savent pas tenir leur langue<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Un employ\u00e9 a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 votre intimit\u00e9 d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre. Il aura \u00e0 \u00eatre inform\u00e9 de certains d\u00e9tails assez personnels de votre vie. Si vous constatez qu\u2019il ou elle ne sait pas tenir sa langue, vous devez faire tr\u00e8s attention. En effet, il serait capable de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les d\u00e9tails de votre vie \u00e0 n\u2019importe qui.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">2.Des personnes sans tenue ni savoir vivre<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Il y a des personnes qui ne se g\u00eanent pas \u00e0 se mettre au m\u00eame niveau que les employeurs. Un manque criard d\u2019\u00e9ducation emm\u00e8nerait cet employ\u00e9 \u00e0 se m\u00ealer de vos histoires de famille mais en plus pourrait embarrasser vos convives lors d\u2019un d\u00eener. En effet, un mauvais service, un mauvais dressage de la table ou un manque de raffinement de la part de cet employ\u00e9 pourrait donner une mauvaise image \u00e0 vos invit\u00e9s les plus \u00e0 cheval sur les bonnes mani\u00e8res. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">3. Les employ\u00e9s qui manquent d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Il y a des employ\u00e9s qui manquent d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne. Le premier moyen de le jauger c\u2019est leur hygi\u00e8ne corporelle. Quels sont les premiers r\u00e9flexes de vos employ\u00e9s quand ils se l\u00e8vent le matin. Analysez bien les habitudes de vos aides de maison, quand elles parlent avec vos enfants. Certaines ont occasionn\u00e9 des accidents aux enfants des patrons, juste par d\u00e9pit ou par col\u00e8re envers l\u2019enfant qui, selon elles les aga\u00e7aient \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">5. Des personnes qui manquent de maitrise de soi<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CI\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Quand on est au service d\u2019une personne, il faut avoir de la maitrise de soi. En effet, c\u2019est cette maitrise qui permettra de tenir dans les situations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables.
