D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les experts les conclusions seront transmises au parquet de la <span class=\"caps\">CPI<\/span> qui d\u00e9cidera ou non de l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une enqu\u00eate pour \u201c<em><strong>crime contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>\u201d ou \u201c<em><strong>crime de guerre<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de laquelle le procureur pourra demander aux juges de d\u00e9livrer des mandats d\u2019arr\u00eats ou citations \u00e0 compara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Cette mission mandat\u00e9e par la Haye \u00a0a rencontr\u00e9 plusieurs\u00a0ministres dont ceux de la D\u00e9fense, de la Communication, de l&rsquo;Int\u00e9rieur et de la Justice. La mission a aussi rencontr\u00e9 le rival du pr\u00e9sident Bongo, Jean Ping, qui continue de se proclamer toujours \u201cpr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu\u201d, et 15 <span class=\"caps\">ONG<\/span> soutenant les victimes, ainsi que \u201ccertaines chancelleries occidentales\u201d, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>Il faut continuer \u00e0 recueillir des informations<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<span class=\"caps\">AFP<\/span> le chef de la section de l\u2019analyse des situations \u00e0 la <span class=\"caps\">CPI<\/span>, Emeric Rogier.<\/p>\n<p>Manifestations, r\u00e9pressions, un millier d\u2019interpellations, assaut s\u00e9curitaire contre le si\u00e8ge de Jean Ping, pillage, incendie de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e\u2026: les violences ont dur\u00e9 quelques jours apr\u00e8s la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats le 31 ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Les experts de la <span class=\"caps\">CPI<\/span> sont venus \u201c<strong><em>suite \u00e0 la saisine du gouvernement<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, a rappel\u00e9 le porte-parole de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif Alain-Claude Bilie-By-Nz\u00e9. L\u2019opposition et les <span class=\"caps\">ONG<\/span> souhaitaient \u00e9galement cette mission.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>Cette ouverture et cette transparence sont la preuve, si besoin en \u00e9tait encore, que nous n\u2019avons rien \u00e0 cacher<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a ajout\u00e9 le porte-parole dans un communiqu\u00e9, se f\u00e9licitant du climat \u201cserein\u201d de cette visite.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>Ils (les experts) ont vu des victimes, des parents qui ont perdu des proches<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un proche de Jean Ping, Anisset Bissielo.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entourage de Jean Ping souhaite d\u00e9sormais \u201c<em><strong>que la <span class=\"caps\">CPI<\/span> passe \u00e0 l\u2018\u00e9tape suivante, qui est l\u2018\u00e9tape de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants de 15 <span class=\"caps\">ONG<\/span> \u201c<em><strong>se sont sentis \u00e9cout\u00e9s\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<span class=\"caps\">AFP<\/span> un de leur porte-parole, Marc Ona, qui avait affirm\u00e9 sur Twitter dimanche que \u201cplusieurs victimes des massacres du 31 ao\u00fbt 2016 re\u00e7oivent des appels anonymes pour qu\u2019elles ne t\u00e9moignent pas \u00e0 la <span class=\"caps\">CPI<\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comme annonc\u00e9, il y a quelques mois, une mission de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) devait se rendre au Gabon pour examiner les dossiers des violences de la crise post-\u00e9lectorale de septembre.
