Ce composant serait tr\u00e8s efficace pour d\u00e9boucher les art\u00e8res obstru\u00e9es par un caillot sanguin et donc lutter contre les AVC.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par des chercheurs de l\u2019Insem et de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Caen, les sirops contre la toux seraient tr\u00e8s efficaces contre les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux AVC. Ce type de sirop contient la N-ac\u00e9tylcysteine. Ce principe actif serait capable de d\u00e9boucher les art\u00e8res obstru\u00e9es par un caillot sanguin.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re cause de mortalit\u00e9 dans le monde, rappelle le <em>Huffington Post<\/em>, est l\u2019obstruction d\u2019une art\u00e8re par un caillot sanguin. Cela cause la thrombose dont les effets conduisent \u00e0 des AVC, des infarctus du myocarde et des isch\u00e9mies. Pour \u00e9viter d\u2019arriver \u00e0 l\u00e0, il faut absolument d\u00e9truire le caillot de sang.<\/p>\n<p>Les sirops et autres poudres expectorantes contre la toux grasse agissent de mani\u00e8re simple. La N-ac\u00e9tylcyst\u00e9ine fragmente\u00a0les liaisons mol\u00e9culaires entre les prot\u00e9ines de mucine et permettent au sujet de mieux expectorer.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, les chercheurs ont inject\u00e9 de N-ac\u00e9tylcyst\u00e9ine en intraveineuse sur des souris. R\u00e9sultat, la N-ac\u00e9tylcyst\u00e9ine peut fragmenter les caillots sanguins et d\u00e9boucher les art\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape est de faire le test sur l\u2019homme. Les chercheurs rappellent que \u00ab\u00a0<em>La N-ac\u00e9tylcyst\u00e9ine est un traitement \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt, d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 dans le monde entier comme m\u00e9dicament contre la toux\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs de l\u2019\u00e9tude ont indiqu\u00e9 vouloir d\u00e9marrer le plus rapidement possible un essai clinique.
