En 2012, Laetitia Fabaron, m\u00e8re de deux enfants dit avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9veill\u00e9e en pleine nuit par des douleurs au ventre. \u00ab\u00a0Je perdais beaucoup de sang\u00a0\u00bb explique la jeune auxiliaire de vie charg\u00e9 de s\u2019occuper de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou handicap\u00e9es sans ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent judiciaire. En effet, cette jeune m\u00e8re \u00e9tait en train d\u2019accoucher alors qu\u2019elle ne savait rien de sa grossesse. Des faits qui relancent le d\u00e9bat sur le d\u00e9ni de grossesse\u00a0! D\u00e9pass\u00e9e par ce qui lui arrivait, elle va commettre l\u2019irr\u00e9parable apr\u00e8s avoir coup\u00e9 le cordon du b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec des ciseaux \u00e0 ongles. \u00ab\u00a0Il n’y avait plus rien qui passait par ma t\u00eate\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>r\u00e9v\u00e8le-t-elle au magazine Elle. <\/em><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s que l\u2019enfant soit sorti, la m\u00e8re de famille a utilis\u00e9 une serviette pour \u00e9touffer l\u2019enfant avant de le mettre dans son cong\u00e9lateur. Pendant de longs mois, elle ne r\u00e9v\u00e9lera \u00e0 personne ce qui \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0A partir de l\u00e0, j’\u00e9tais comme morte. Je n’ai jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 le dire \u00e0 qui que ce soit. Tous les jours je passais devant la gendarmerie en pensant m’y arr\u00eater et tous les jours je me disais que, non, je ne pouvais pas laisser mes enfants\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Tout s\u2019arr\u00eate le jour o\u00f9 son compagnon ouvre par hasard le cong\u00e9lateur et tombe sur le cadavre du b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Elle d\u00e9cide de tout avouer \u00e0 la gendarmerie. Elle ira donc en prison pour deux mois. Laetitia Fabaran prendra plus tard une grande d\u00e9cision, celle d\u2019inscrire le b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat civil et l\u2019inhumer. Elle compara\u00eet devant le tribunal de Grenoble les 29 et 30 mai pour le meurtre de son b\u00e9b\u00e9. Depuis lors, elle est devenue m\u00e8re d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me enfant et ne craint pas de retourner en prison. \u00ab\u00a0J’ai conscience de la gravit\u00e9 de mon acte. L’incarc\u00e9ration ne changera rien au sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 avec lequel je vis chaque jour.
