Lors de son entretien avec la pr\u00e9sentatrice Albertine Bitjaga, le conseiller municipal a fait une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation des plus surprenantes au sujet des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 1992.<\/p>\n<p>En attaquant le Rassemblement D\u00e9mocratique du Peuple Camerounais (RDPC), le parti au pouvoir, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par l&rsquo;actuel pr\u00e9sident camerounais, Paul Biya.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9lestin Djamen est revenu sur les fraudes aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles au Cameroun. L&rsquo;homme politique a fait savoir que lors des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 1992 au Cameroun, le pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya n&rsquo;avait pas gagn\u00e9 les \u00e9lections. Il avait h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la troisi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9claration jug\u00e9e grave et d\u00e9plac\u00e9e aux yeux des militants du parti au pouvoir. En effet, certains membres du RDPC estiment que les propos de C\u00e9lestin Djamen vise \u00e0 d\u00e9cr\u00e9dibiliser les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles au Cameroun. Surtout \u00e0 la veille des prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances pr\u00e9sidentielles qui se tiendront probablement en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Les militants du parti au pouvoir pensent que la structure mise en place(Elections Cameroon) pour la supervision des \u00e9lections et la transparence \u00e9lectorale s&rsquo;active pleinement dans l&rsquo;accomplissement de cette fonction qui est la sienne.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la question que l&rsquo;on se pose actuellement au Cameroun est de savoir s&rsquo;il peut avoir r\u00e9ellement transparence \u00e9lectorale, lorsque le chef de l&rsquo;Etat nomme un ancien gouverneur de r\u00e9gion \u00e0 la t\u00eate de \u00ab\u00a0Elections Cameroon\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;organisme charg\u00e9 du bon d\u00e9roulement du scrutin et de sa transparrence?<\/p>\n<p>Pour certains observateurs politiques, Elections Cameroon travaille en faveur du maintien de Paul Biya au pouvoir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00e9lestin Djamen, militant du \u00ab\u00a0Social democratic Front\u00a0\u00bb (SDF) premier parti d&rsquo;opposition au Cameroun, \u00e9tait l&rsquo;invit\u00e9 du journal de 07h sur les ondes de la Radio Equinoxe \u00e0 Douala, ce vendredi 26 Mai.
