Mais coup de th\u00e9\u00e2tre!<\/p>\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait en Inde dans le cadre des 52\u00e8mes Assembl\u00e9es annuelles de la Banque Africaine de D\u00e9veloppement (BAD), le pr\u00e9sident Talon a laiss\u00e9 entendre au micro d&rsquo;Africanews<strong>,<\/strong> la nouvelle: il esp\u00e8re relancer au bon moment, son projet de r\u00e9forme constitutionnelle<\/p>\n<p>A travers cette sortie m\u00e9diatique du pr\u00e9sident du B\u00e9nin, c&rsquo;est clair que le camouflet re\u00e7u par le projet au parlement ne le satisfait pas. L&rsquo;\u00e9chec du projet de r\u00e9vision, M Talon l\u2019impute \u00e0 l\u2019opposition qui a tout simplement boycott\u00e9 le projet \u201csans en prendre connaissance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLe projet n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9, on ne l\u2019a m\u00eame pas lu, c\u2018\u00e9tait un blocage politique, a laiss\u00e9 entendre le pr\u00e9sident. Avant d&rsquo;ajouter : \u201cDans la d\u00e9mocratie, il y a toujours une opposition, parfois l\u2019opposition a une attitude politique et au B\u00e9nin, elle a eu une attitude politique, elle n\u2019a jamais voulu conna\u00eetre le contenu\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons que, le 4 avril dernier, Patrice Talon a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9savou\u00e9 par le Parlement qui a rejet\u00e9 son projet de r\u00e9forme constitutionnelle. Il fallait l\u2019accord des 3\/4 des 84 d\u00e9put\u00e9s, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire 63 voix pour que le texte soit examin\u00e9.
