{"id":62320,"date":"2017-05-21T20:07:40","date_gmt":"2017-05-21T20:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/?p=62320"},"modified":"2017-05-21T20:07:40","modified_gmt":"2017-05-21T20:07:40","slug":"societe-civile-demande-jugement-du-regime-compaore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/societe-civile-demande-jugement-du-regime-compaore\/","title":{"rendered":"Burkina Faso: la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile demande le jugement du r\u00e9gime \u00ab\u00a0Compaor\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">A l&rsquo;occasion de la\u00a0 <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9nonciation de l&rsquo;impunit\u00e9 des crimes de sang et des crimes \u00e9conomiques\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong><\/em> une dizaine d&rsquo;organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile burkinab\u00e8 ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0juger tout le r\u00e9gime\u00a0\u00bb du pr\u00e9sident d\u00e9chu, Blaise Compaor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le renversement du gouvernement suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;insurrection populaire d&rsquo;octobre 2014, certains membres du dernier r\u00e9gime Compaor\u00e9 sont jug\u00e9s devant la Haute cour de justice pour une r\u00e9pression des manifestants qui avait fait une trentaine de morts et plus de 600 bless\u00e9s, selon une source officielle.<\/p>\n<p>Au moins cinq ministres sont \u00e9galement poursuivis pour <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tournements de deniers publics\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0enrichissement illicite\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> ou <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0malversations financi\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Pour nous il ne s\u2019agit pas de juger seulement le dernier gouvernement du r\u00e9gime Compaor\u00e9. Il faut juger du premier au dernier gouvernement du r\u00e9gime Compaor\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, depuis son accession au pouvoir en ao\u00fbt 1987, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa chute, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du Mouvement burkinab\u00e8 des droits de l&rsquo;homme et des peuples, Chrysogone Zougmor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Roch Marc Christian Kabor\u00e9, actuel chef de l\u2019Etat burkinab\u00e9 \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des acteurs de la modification de la Constitution pour permettre \u00e0 Blaise Compaor\u00e9 de se maintenir au pouvoir. Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale. \u00a0Quelques temps apr\u00e8s le changement, il avait fait son mea culpa apr\u00e8s avoir rejoint l\u2019opposition en janvier 2014, avec d\u2019autres barons du r\u00e9gime, dont Salif Diallo, un ex-bras droit de Blaise Compaor\u00e9, avec qui il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le Mouvement du peuple pour le progr\u00e8s (MPP, au pouvoir).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Si trois ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019insurrection populaire et pr\u00e8s d\u2019un an et demi apr\u00e8s l\u2019arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir du MPP et alli\u00e9s, la justice n\u2019est pas encore dite sur certains de ces dossiers judiciaires embl\u00e9matiques, on peut en conclure que les tenants du pouvoir actuel ont des choses \u00e0 se reprocher\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb, a relev\u00e9 le porte-parole des comit\u00e9s de d\u00e9fense et d?approfondissement des acquis de l?insurrection populaire, Elie Tarpaga.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Nous attendons des jugements concrets pour la satisfaction des ayants droit\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 M.
