Seul b\u00e9mol, la petite souffre d\u2019une maladie qui l\u2019emp\u00eache de se d\u00e9placer, l\u2019obligeant \u00e0 rester pr\u00e8s d\u2019un appareil de soutien respiratoire.<\/p>\n<p>La maman de la jeune fille, pour redonner le sourire \u00e0 sa fille, a lanc\u00e9 un appel au chanteur sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, la semaine derni\u00e8re. Pokora, un message pour toi\u2026 Parta\u00adgez pour que le r\u00eave de cette petite prin\u00adcesse se r\u00e9alise\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em>Elle a veill\u00e9 \u00e0 faire suivre cette publication d\u2019une photo de Louna qui tenait une feuille de papier sur laquelle \u00e9taient mentionn\u00e9s ces mots\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je n\u2019ai que 5 ans, je suis une moyenne fille qui adore Matt Pokora.
