Sylla r\u00e9sidant \u00e0 Dakar est accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir viol\u00e9 la femme de son fr\u00e8re qui cr\u00e8che en prison depuis quelques temps.<\/p>\n<p>La dr\u00f4le d\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e il y a quelques jours par le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Dakar. Selon nos confr\u00e8res du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, il est ressorti des d\u00e9bats d\u2019audience pour la manifestation de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 que le sieur S. Sylla a entretenu des relations intimes avec l\u2019\u00e9pouse de son fr\u00e8re qui est actuellement entre les liens de la d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n<p>Interpell\u00e9 sur les faits de viol qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s, le fr\u00e8re qualifi\u00e9 d&rsquo;indigne par plusieurs proches, soutient un consentement de la dame, qui n\u2019aurait ainsi ni bronch\u00e9 encore moins cri\u00e9 pendant l\u2019acte, alors qu\u2019en ce moment, vers22 heures, il y avait du monde, selon lui.<br \/>\nDonnant, \u00e0 son tour, sa version des faits, la dame a ni\u00e9 toutes les affirmations de son violeur, en se basant sur le fait que son beau-fr\u00e8re ait pr\u00e9text\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de lui donner de l\u2019argent afin d\u2019aller voir son mari, avant de la tirer de force et de satisfaire sa libido sous la menace d\u2019un couteau.<\/p>\n<p>Le procureur maitre des poursuites a requis\u00a0deux ans de prison \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du pr\u00e9venu.
