Selon plusieurs t\u00e9moignages parvenus \u00e0 notre r\u00e9daction, les habitants de Ouangolo se sont de nouveau soulev\u00e9s, jeudi, contre le Pr\u00e9fet. Ce nouveau soul\u00e8vement fait suite \u00e0 leur annonce faite mardi dernier, qui disait qu’ils allaient manifester.<\/p>\n

A en croire plusieurs t\u00e9moins, la situation aurait d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l’issue d’une r\u00e9union tenue en matin\u00e9e entre les paysans et l’autorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectorale. Le pr\u00e9fet Sihyndou Coulibaly \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 de bloquer du mat\u00e9riel agricole destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la fili\u00e8re anacarde et d’\u00eatre en lien avec des clandestins dans des r\u00e9seaux de commerce avec le Burkina.<\/p>\n

La col\u00e8re des habitants \u00e9tait si grande que les gendarmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une exfiltration du pr\u00e9fet vers Ferk\u00e9ss\u00e9dougou (ville du nord) avant que son domicile ne soit pill\u00e9. Les habitants d\u00e9noncent un certain nombre de pratiques, notamment en mati\u00e8re de bornage de terrain et la mise en place des r\u00e9seaux de commerce avec certains clandestins du Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9fet aurait tent\u00e9 d’expliquer \u00e0 son auditoire les biens fond\u00e9 du zonage. Mais lors de sa prise de parole, il aurait estim\u00e9 que la manifestation du mardi n’avait eu aucun effet sur sa personne. En plus, il a ajout\u00e9 que c’\u00e9tait une peine perdue pour les manifestants qui pensaient le faire partir.<\/p>\n

Face au constat d’un bornage d’espaces r\u00e9serv\u00e9s pour l’extension des \u00e9coles primaires EPP CIDT et EPP ch\u00e2teau, plus d’un millier de personnes manifestaient \u00e0 Ouangolo pour demander le remplacement du pr\u00e9fet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
