Les habitants du canton Assin Fosu, au centre du Ghana, sont actuellement en deuil, pleurant la mort tragique d’une proph\u00e9tesse dont ils disent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s populaire dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

En effet, la chef spirituelle de l’Eglise internationale chr\u00e9tienne de la Bible, la proph\u00e9tesse Ewura Esi Amanda, tr\u00e8s connue sous le nom de proph\u00e9tesse Amanda, a \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9e mortellement par la foudre devant sa r\u00e9sidence dimanche dernier, dans la soir\u00e9e pendant une forte pluie.<\/p>\n

La femme de Dieu qui a un mini-market devant sa maison faisait rentrer ses marchandises dans le magasin quand elle fut frapp\u00e9e par la foudre.<\/p>\n

Selon les rapports, la proph\u00e9tesse Amanda, qui n’avait pas pu se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9glise le dimanche parce qu’elle devait s’occuper de certaines affaires personnelles, a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e inconsciente apr\u00e8s le drame.<\/p>\n

Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 par la suite transport\u00e9e \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital St. Francis Xavier o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e morte \u00e0 son arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9funte, \u00e2g\u00e9e d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crite par beaucoup d\u2019habitants comme une personne gentille, respectueuse, pleine de compassion et qui n’h\u00e9sitait pas \u00e0 prodiguer de sages conseils aux jeunes.<\/p>\n
