Un dignitaire de la police ougandaise a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu ce vendredi matin \u00a0\u00e0 Kampala. Il s\u2019agit de Felix Kaweesi, le nouveau porte-parole de la police.<\/h3>\n

C\u2019est la consternation apr\u00e8s le meurtre de Felix Kaweesi. Ce proche de Kale Kayihura, l\u2019inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la police, a \u00e9t\u00e9 froidement abattu par deux homme, selon un t\u00e9moin cit\u00e9 par Radio France internationale.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame si pour l\u2019heure, les autorit\u00e9s polici\u00e8res n\u2019ont pas communiqu\u00e9 sur les circonstances de la mort de Felix Kaweesi, elles ont, n\u00e9anmoins confirm\u00e9 le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de celui-ci.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9funt se rendait visiblement \u00e0 son domicile. En effet, son v\u00e9hicule a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 non loin de chez lui. Comme l\u2019ont indiqu\u00e9 nos confr\u00e8res de RFI, \u00ab\u00a0les indicateurs clignotants de sa voiture de fonction\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u00e9taient toujours en marche apr\u00e8s son assassinat.<\/p>\n

La voiture comportait plusieurs impacts de balles.<\/p>\n

Arriv\u00e9s sur les lieux, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la police scientifique ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements de preuves.<\/p>\n

A en croire RFI, un t\u00e9moin aurait vu \u00ab\u00a0deux hommes ouvrir le feu de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise et m\u00e9thodique sur les occupants de la voiture, tuant F\u00e9lix Kaweesi, son chauffeur et son garde du corps\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Le ministre de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tumukunde, pense que les auteurs de ce crime ont laiss\u00e9 des indications qui pourraient les identifier.<\/p>\n

Mohammed, chauffeur de mototaxi \u00e2g\u00e9 de 30 ans, se trouvant sur les lieux lors du crime a t\u00e9moign\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les deux motos sont arriv\u00e9es par l’arri\u00e8re du v\u00e9hicule qui venait de quitter la maison de Kaweesi. Le chauffeur (de Kaweesi, ndlr) a tent\u00e9 d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer mais ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 le d\u00e9passer et \u00e0 tirer vers l’habitacle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 nos confr\u00e8res du site Lalibre.be.<\/p>\n

Yoweri Museveni, le pr\u00e9sident ougandais, a condamn\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0dans les termes les plus fermes le meurtre d’Andrew Felix Kaweesi par des voyous sur des motos\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Charles Sserunjogi, le maire du quartier, est apparu tr\u00e8s choqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019annonce du meurtre du porte-parole de la police ougandaise.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je n\u2019en crois pas mes yeux. Je connaissais bien Kaweesi, je l\u2019avais rencontr\u00e9 il y a une semaine et demie pour envisager le bitumage de la rue o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9.
