Il y\u2019a forc\u00e9ment un niveau de la vie de chaque homme o\u00f9 celui-ci est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer une influence. Les circonstances m\u00eame de la naissance montrent que celui qui est n\u00e9 a r\u00e9ussi l\u00e0 o\u00f9 des milliards de spermatozo\u00efdes ont \u00e9chou\u00e9. Vous \u00eates donc un leader, que le vouliez ou pas.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9barrassez-vous de l\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition.<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs individus veulent devenir de grands leaders dans le domaine d\u2019exercice de leur influence, juste pour s\u2019affirmer et montrer aux autres de quoi ils sont capables. C\u2019est mauvais! L\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition vient du fait que vous vous pr\u00e9occupez uniquement de vous. Pr\u00e9occupez-vous de ceux qui sont soumis \u00e0 votre leadership, vous deviendrez alors indispensable.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9velopper le sens du service.<\/h3>\n<p>Un leader charismatique est avant tout un serviteur. On ne vous appellera pas leader charismatique parce que vous avez l\u2019apparence du \u00ab Big boss \u00bb, celui qui donne sans cesse les ordres, qui ne se salit pas les mains. Montrez l\u2019exemple.<\/p>\n<h3>Voyez-vous inf\u00e9rieur aux autres.<\/h3>\n<p>Vous voir inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ceux qui sont soumis \u00e0 votre leadership, vous gardera de l\u2019orgueil, et inclinera votre c\u0153ur, vers le bien-\u00eatre de ces derniers.
