Les nouvelles\u00a0 autorit\u00e9s commencent \u00e0 honorer leurs engagements pris lors de la campagne \u00e9lectorale. Et pour cause, pour desserrer l\u2019\u00e9tau autour des investisseurs et hommes d\u2019affaires, le gouvernement de Nana Akufo Addo a aboli des taxes\u00a0 et r\u00e9vis\u00e9 d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9cision d\u2019annuler des imp\u00f4ts qui affectent l\u2019\u00e9lan des\u00a0 entreprises dans les secteurs de l\u2019aviation, de la finance et de l\u2019immobilier, vise \u00e0 offrir un environnement favorable aux entreprises du pays. Nous donnons ici la liste compl\u00e8te des taxes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abolies et r\u00e9vis\u00e9es par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Les taxes abolies<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 1% de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sp\u00e9cial sur les importations;<\/p>\n

\u2013 17,5% TVA \/ NHIL sur les services financiers;<\/p>\n

\u2013 17,5% cent de TVA \/ NHIL sur certains m\u00e9dicaments import\u00e9s et qui ne sont pas produits localement;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Initier des mesures pour supprimer les droits \u00e0 l\u2019importation sur les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et les machines destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la production dans le cadre du Protocole relatif aux tarifs douaniers communs (TEC) de la CEDEAO;<\/p>\n

\u2013 17,5% de la TVA \/ NHIL sur les billets d\u2019avion domestiques;<\/p>\n

\u2013 5% TVA \/ NHIL sur les ventes immobili\u00e8res;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Droits d\u2019accise sur le p\u00e9trole;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Taux d\u2019imposition sp\u00e9cial du p\u00e9trole de 17,5 \u00a0\u00e0 15%;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Droit \u00e0 l\u2019importation de pi\u00e8ces de rechange;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Les taxes per\u00e7ues sur les kayayei par les autorit\u00e9s locales;<\/p>\n

\u2013 la fiscalit\u00e9, les gains d\u00e9coulant de la r\u00e9alisation des titres cot\u00e9s \u00e0 la Bourse du Ghana ou des titres publics reconnus par la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC);<\/p>\n

Les Taxes r\u00e9vis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 R\u00e9duire de 5 \u00e0 3% le montant du pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement national d\u2019\u00e9lectrification;<\/p>\n

\u2013 R\u00e9duire le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d\u2019\u00e9clairage public de 5 \u00e0 2%;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Remplacer le taux de 17,5 TVA \/ NHIL avec un forfait de 3 pour cent pour les commer\u00e7ants;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Mettre en \u0153uvre des cr\u00e9dits d\u2019imp\u00f4t et d\u2019autres incitations pour les entreprises qui embauchent de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
