Le Maroc<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0occupait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la fonction d&rsquo;observateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s4\">Pour le roi du Maroc qui estimait\u00a0 que\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00ab\u00a0l<\/span><span class=\"s5\">a famille africaine est sa famille de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;Union du Magreb auquel il appartenait est d\u00e9sormais enterr\u00e9e. \u00a0Un autre sujet de divergence avec ses voisins alg\u00e9rien et mauritanien, qui, eux, croient encore au vieux r\u00eave maghr\u00e9bin et souhaiteraient le r\u00e9animer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><strong>P\u00f4le nord-ouest africain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s3\">Depuis la conclusion du projet d\u2019extension du pipeline ouest-africain entre le Maroc et le Nigeria en d\u00e9cembre dernier, les responsables politiques du royaume parlent de plus en plus ouvertement de leur intention de cr\u00e9er un p\u00f4le\u00a0nord-ouest-africain. L\u2019activisme de la monarchie marocaine dans cette partie de l\u2019Afrique est manifeste depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Mohammed VI<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s6\"> a effectu\u00e9 23 visites dans 11 pays de la r\u00e9gion, signant plusieurs centaines d\u2019accords.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s6\">Apr\u00e8s la Zambie et la Guin\u00e9e, il est arriv\u00e9 le 24 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Abidjan pour une visite tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique.
