Il est difficile aujourd\u2019hui de dire avec exactitude qui a le contr\u00f4le du pays. Des milices et et des tribus rivales s\u2019affrontent sans cesse.<\/p>\n<p>Cela cause une instabilit\u00e9 politique d\u2019autant plus que deux gouvernements rivaux affirment d\u00e9tenir la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 pour prendre les r\u00eanes de la Libye. Il y a d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 celui form\u00e9 par une union nationale b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du soutien de l&rsquo;ONU \u00a0et de l\u2019autre un gouvernement qui a la caution du parlement.<\/p>\n<p>Mouammar Kadhafi n\u00e9 le 19 juin 1942 a pris la t\u00eate de la Libye le 1er septembre 1969. \u00a0Au moment o\u00f9 le roi Idriss 1er \u00e9tait hors du pays, le <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mouvement des officiers unionistes libres\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>s&#8217;empare du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-52677 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/khadafi.jpg\"  alt=\"Libye: les populations comm\u00e9morent la chute de Kadhafi\"  width=\"600\" height=\"520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/khadafi.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/khadafi-300x260.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/khadafi-110x96.jpg 110w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le jeune colonnel avait alors 27 ans. \u00a0Mouammar Kadhafi va conserver le pouvoir pendant 41 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le 15 f\u00e9vrier 2011, le r\u00e9gime du Guide libyen va connaitre des heures sombres. Tout commence par un sit-in dispers\u00e9 par les forces de l&rsquo;ordre. Des milliers de manifestants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s. A partir de cet instant, les choses vont s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer. La ville de Benghazi tombe aux mains des rebelles.<\/p>\n<p>La suite on la connait.
