Une lettre de l\u2019ancien chef d\u2019Al-Qa\u00efda, Oussama Ben Laden indiquant \u00e0 quel moment les djihadistes devraient \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 se masturb3r vient d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e, selon le Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

L’ancien leader de cette secte terroriste a \u00e9crit \u00e0 un de ses conseillers de confiance vivant en Afrique du Nord, dans un m\u00e9mo marqu\u00e9 au sceau du secret. Ben Laden disait que dans des conditions extr\u00eames et en \u00e9tant\u00a0 s\u00e9par\u00e9s de leurs \u00e9pouses, les terroristes pourraient se masturb3r.<\/p>\n

Cet ancien proche de Ben Laden a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi avec 49 autres documents par les \u00c9tats-Unis en 2011. Ce sont ces documents qui viennent d’\u00eatre rendus publics par le Bureau du directeur du renseignement national (DNI).<\/p>\n

Dans la lettre, mise \u00e0 part la discussion des attaques contre l’Am\u00e9rique et la France, il a \u00e9crit:<\/p>\n

Une autre question tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale et tr\u00e8s secr\u00e8te – il s’agit du probl\u00e8me des fr\u00e8res qui sont avec vous, mais malheureux dans leur c\u00e9libat et le manque de femmes pour eux dans les conditions qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Comme nous le voyons, nous n’avons aucune objection \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser aux fr\u00e8res qu’ils peuvent, dans de telles conditions, se masturb3r, puisque c’est un cas extr\u00eame.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
