Allie Dowdle est une jeune \u00e9tudiante am\u00e9ricaine de 18 ans qui vit l’un de ses pires cauchemars depuis qu’elle fr\u00e9quente un \u00e9tudiant afro-am\u00e9ricain. D’apr\u00e8s nos confr\u00e8res de The Independant<\/em>, la jeune demoiselle s’est vue coup\u00e9e les vivres par ses parents parce qu’elle sort avec un \u00e9tudiant noir.<\/p>\n

Devant \u00e0 cette difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 la laquelle elle doit faire face, Allie Dowdle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer une campagne de lev\u00e9e de fonds sur GofundMe. L’objectif de cette campagne de lev\u00e9e de fonds est de lui permettre de financer ses \u00e9tudes. Allie Dowdle a lev\u00e9 plus de 10.000 dollars sur un site de financement participatif.<\/p>\n

Pour cette derni\u00e8re, c’est une fa\u00e7on de \u00ab\u00a0dire non au racisme\u00a0\u00bb. Selon la jeune femme, ses parents ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’arr\u00eater de l’aider lorsqu’ils ont d\u00e9couvert qu’elle fr\u00e9quentait un \u00e9tudiant afro-am\u00e9ricain. Lanc\u00e9e juste le 11 janvier, la campagne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 permis \u00e0 la jeune femme de r\u00e9colter 13.000 dollars.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il y a \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s un an, j’ai dit \u00e0 mes parents que je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 sortir avec un gar\u00e7on nomm\u00e9 Michael, en leur montrant une photo\u00a0\u00bb, explique Allie Dowdle.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Mon p\u00e8re ne m’a pas laiss\u00e9 le choix: je ne pouvais plus revoir Michael. Simplement \u00e0 cause de sa couleur de peau. Mes parents m’ont dit que je pouvais mieux faire\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-elle.<\/p>\n

La fille a fait savoir qu’\u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 elle s’est mise \u00e0 sortir avec le jeune noir, ses parents la privent de ses \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9conomies personnelles\u00a0\u00bb, ainsi que de sa voiture, son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et du financement de ses \u00e9tudes. Et comme elle ne compte pas c\u00e9der au chantage de ses parents en renon\u00e7ant \u00e0 sa vie amoureuse, elle a trouv\u00e9 une solution qui est l’organisation d’une campagne de lev\u00e9e des fonds pour faire face aux probl\u00e8mes qu’elle rencontre.<\/p>\n

Selon le p\u00e8re de l’\u00e9tudiante, il ne \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9f\u00e8re pas\u00a0\u00bb que sa fille fr\u00e9quente un Afro-am\u00e9ricain en raison des \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8mes\u00a0\u00bb autour du m\u00e9tissage aux Etats-Unis. Selon lui, sa fille est aussi trop \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e2t\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et il est temps qu’elle grandisse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
