Les nominations sont jug\u00e9es tardives car intervenues \u00e0 deux semaines de la passation du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.koaci.com\/imx\/pix_1482267520e205840_1.jpg\"  alt=\"Ghana: Des ennuis judiciaires pour John Mahama\"  width=\"700\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit des nominations, du pr\u00e9sident de la Commission des droits de l&rsquo;homme et de la justice administrative (CHRAJ) et de la directrice de la Commission nationale de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation civique (NCCE).<\/p>\n<p>Cette pratique est d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e par le nouveau parti, le NPP, qui a intent\u00e9 contre John Mahama un proc\u00e8s. Le but, c\u2019est de l\u2019emp\u00eacher de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 d\u2019autres nominations durant les 16 derniers jours qui lui restent \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence ghan\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"irc_mi iBqKGALvW65c-pQOPx8XEepE\" src=\"http:\/\/san.capitalafrique.com\/imatin.net\/articles\/images\/President-John-Mahama.jpg\"  alt=\"Ghana: Des ennuis judiciaires pour John Mahama\"  width=\"620\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mardi dernier, les personnalit\u00e9s qui \u00e9taient nomm\u00e9es ont pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment \u00e0 Accra. Il s\u2019agit de Joseph Whittal au poste de pr\u00e9sident de la CHRAJ et Mme Jos\u00e9phine Nkrumah comme la directrice de la CNCE. Le poste du pr\u00e9sident de la CHRAJ \u00e9tait vacant depuis un an, apr\u00e8s le limogeage de son ex directrice, Lauretta Lamptey pour des all\u00e9gations de corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un entretien avec la radio Joy Fm, l&rsquo;avocat Philip Addison qui a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 la requ\u00eate a expliqu\u00e9 que, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, le Pr\u00e9sident sortant peut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des nominations jusqu\u2019au 06 janvier 2017 \u00e0 minuit mais le bon sens recommande qu\u2019il s\u2019abstienne des nominations qui lieront les mains du Pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avocat du NPP soutient que, la nomination a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite dans le but de couvrir le r\u00e9gime sortant de certaines affaires embarrassantes.<\/p>\n<p>Yao Junior L<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident sortant, John Mahama a des ennuis judiciaires.
