Dans une vid\u00e9o mise en ligne mardi 20 d\u00e9cembre dans la matin\u00e9e sur YouTube, l’opposant congolais \u00c9tienne Tshisekedi appelle ses concitoyens \u00e0 ne pas reconna\u00eetre l’autorit\u00e9 de Joseph Kabila, dont le mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel a expir\u00e9 la veille, mais \u00e0 r\u00e9sister pacifiquement.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Je lance un appel solennel au peuple congolais \u00e0 ne pas reconna\u00eetre l’autorit\u00e9 ill\u00e9gale et ill\u00e9gitime de Joseph Kabila et \u00e0 r\u00e9sister pacifiquement au coup d’\u00c9tat\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-il dans une d\u00e9claration mise en ligne sur YouTube.<\/p>\n

Le chef de l’\u00c9tat, accuse-t-il dans un communiqu\u00e9, s’est rendu coupable de \u00ab\u00a0parjure\u00a0\u00bb, de \u00ab\u00a0haute trahison\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0violation intentionnelle de la Constitution\u00a0\u00bb. Tshisekedi ajoute que Kabila \u00ab\u00a0a perdu sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et sa l\u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Une p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude s\u2019annonce en RDC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le second mandat de Joseph Kabila a expir\u00e9 lundi \u00e0 minuit. L’\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle qui devait permettre de trouver son successeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9e au moins \u00e0 avril 2018.<\/p>\n

Les autorit\u00e9s congolaises expliquent que le scrutin n’a pu \u00eatre organis\u00e9 dans les temps du fait de difficult\u00e9s logistiques et financi\u00e8res. La Cour constitutionnelle a jug\u00e9 que Kabila pouvait poursuivre son mandat tant qu’une \u00e9lection n’aurait pas eu lieu.<\/p>\n

Une partie de l’opposition accuse, pour sa part, Joseph Kabila de chercher \u00e0 se maintenir au pouvoir en d\u00e9pit de la limitation constitutionnelle de l’exercice du pouvoir pr\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n

Pour un pays d\u00e9j\u00e0 en proie \u00e0 de multiples violences, l\u2019on s\u2019interroge sur \u00e0 quand la fin de tous ces confilts fratricides.<\/p>\n
