C\u2019est \u00a0par exemple le cas \u00a0d\u2019un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre po\u00e8te qui devient mena\u00e7ant. Il annonce \u00a0qu\u2019il tuerait le blogueur Mkheitir si jamais ce dernier \u00e9tait lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00a0po\u00e8te, Douh Ould Beyrouck, n\u2019a pas m\u00e2ch\u00e9 ses mots. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 clair \u00a0avec une d\u00e9termination \u00e0 donner la mort au blogueur Mohamed Cheikh au cas o\u00f9\u00a0le verdict de la Cour supr\u00eame l&rsquo;en exemptait. Sa d\u00e9claration a fait le tour des m\u00e9dias mauritaniens<\/p>\n<p>Cheikh Mohamed Ould M\u2019kheitir est reconnu coupable d\u2019\u00e9crits \u00abblasph\u00e9matoires\u00bb. Arr\u00eat\u00e9, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 la peine capitale pour \u00ab\u00a0apostasie\u00a0\u00bb par la Cour criminelle dans un arr\u00eat rendu en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>En avril 2016, la d\u00e9cision de ladite cour est \u00a0confirm\u00e9e en appel. Ce, en d\u00e9pit d\u2019une disqualification des faits en \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9cr\u00e9ance\u00a0\u00bb une infraction moins grave, selon les sp\u00e9cialistes. Mais , un pourvoi en cassation est sur la table de la Cour supr\u00eame qui rendra son verdict demain.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"irc_mi iFr3__hb5Ccs-pQOPx8XEepE aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/rsf.org\/sites\/default\/files\/cw_1uxsweaebnu0.jpg\"  alt=\"Le verdict de &#039;&#039;la peine capitale&#039;&#039; contre un blogueur attendu demain...Certains extr\u00e9mistes r\u00e9agissent\"  width=\"574\" height=\"356\" \/><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans ce contexte et surtout vu les voix qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent pour son acquittement que Douh Ould Beyrouck affirme en langue locale \u00ab\u00a0au nom de mon p\u00e8re, je lui planterais une balle s\u2019il est lib\u00e9r\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Douh Ould Beyrouck a fait cette d\u00e9claration lors d\u2019un rassemblement de soutien au Proph\u00e8te Mahomet \u00a0(PSL) organis\u00e9 par un forum mondial. L\u2019objectif de la manifestation, accr\u00e9diter la th\u00e8se d\u2019une mont\u00e9e de la col\u00e8re \u00ab populaire \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019approche du verdict de la haute juridiction en vue de mettre la pression sur les juges.<\/p>\n<p>Seulement voil\u00e0, sa sortie a provoqu\u00e9 des r\u00e9actions contradictoires. C\u2019est le cas de Me L\u00f4 Gourmo, avocat et professeur de droit, qui avertit\u00a0: \u00abCeux qui veulent entra\u00eener le pays dans une sorte de terreur religieuse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e en se servant de Cheikh Mohamed Ould M\u2019kheitir comme bouc \u00e9missaire, se trompent lourdement. Cette tentative \u00e9chouera\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les propos de l&rsquo;avocat ont \u00a0trouv\u00e9 un \u00e9cho favorable puisque Ahmed Ould Oubeid ajoute : \u00ab\u00a0ils vont \u00e9chouer. Les gens en ont marre de ce jeu sordide.
