Il devance ainsi le tout nouveau pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Donald Trump et le ma\u00eetre \u00e0 jouer de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne Angela Merkel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDepuis son pays natal jusqu&rsquo;en Syrie en passant par les \u00e9lections am\u00e9ricaines, le dirigeant russe continue \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 ses fins\u00bb, estime l&rsquo;hebdomadaire \u00e9conomique fond\u00e9 en 1917 par Bertie Charles Forbes.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i.f1g.fr\/media\/figaro\/805x453_crop\/2016\/12\/14\/XVM7f73bfb6-c219-11e6-a909-05ab8ac13ad0.jpg\"  alt=\"FORBES: Qui est l\u2019homme le plus puissant du monde en 2016?\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cialistes pensent qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part d\u2019Obama, et peut-\u00eatre celui de Merkel, deux hommes aux temp\u00e9raments remarquables \u00a0Trump et Poutine, feront un peu revivre l\u2019\u00e9pop\u00e9e de la p\u00e9riode des \u00ab\u00a0deux super-grands\u00a0\u00bb durant la Guerre Froide.<\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re Poutine, Trump et Merkel arrivent ensuite le pr\u00e9sident chinois Xi Jinping \u00e0 la 4e place et le pape Fran\u00e7ois \u00e0 la 5e.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les quatre principaux crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection pour figurer sur la pr\u00e9cieuse liste. Premi\u00e8rement, le nombre de personnes sur lesquelles les personnalit\u00e9s cit\u00e9es ont de l&rsquo;influence. Autrement dit la population du pays pour les chefs d&rsquo;\u00c9tat, le nombre de pratiquants pour les leaders religieux, le nombre d&#8217;employ\u00e9s pour les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ou bien encore l&rsquo;audience pour les m\u00e9dias. Viennent ensuite leurs capacit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res: le PIB pour les hommes d&rsquo;\u00c9tat et la richesse personnelle pour les milliardaires.
