De plus , il peut avoir une dissection d&rsquo;une art\u00e8re carotide ou d&rsquo;une art\u00e8re vert\u00e9brale. La cons\u00e9quence est un accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral isch\u00e9mique. La position de la t\u00eate peut aussi endommager une art\u00e8re et cr\u00e9er un caillot qui peut ensuite se loger dans le cerveau.<\/p>\n<h3>Plusieurs cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9s dans les publications m\u00e9dicales depuis plus d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le quotidien britannique The Times cite deux exemples, l\u2019un \u00e0 Poole (sud de l\u2019Angleterre) en 2000 et un second en janvier 2014 \u00e0 San Diego aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Un autre cas a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 en 2016 \u00e0 Brighton. Transport\u00e9 en urgence \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital national de neurologie et de neurochirurgie de Londres, il s&rsquo;est vu poser une question surprenante: <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Vous \u00eates-vous fait couper les cheveux r\u00e9cemment?<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9decins estiment qu&rsquo;au moment o\u00f9 il se faisait laver les cheveux, son cou a pu \u00eatre \u00e9tir\u00e9 et subir une pression excessive. Cela a donc endommag\u00e9 une art\u00e8re et\u00a0cr\u00e9e un caillot qui s&rsquo;est ensuite log\u00e9 dans son cerveau. Dave Tyler a pass\u00e9 trois mois \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital.
