{"id":45406,"date":"2016-12-13T18:26:58","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T18:26:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/?p=45406"},"modified":"2016-12-13T18:26:58","modified_gmt":"2016-12-13T18:26:58","slug":"tchad-voici-ce-quinterdit-lassemblee-nationale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/tchad-voici-ce-quinterdit-lassemblee-nationale\/","title":{"rendered":"Tchad: Voici ce qu\u2019interdit l\u2019assembl\u00e9e nationale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis lundi dernier, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale tchadienne sont pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape sup\u00e9rieure dans l\u2019adoption du code p\u00e9nal qui pr\u00e9voit l&rsquo;abrogation de la peine de mort et interdit les mariages pr\u00e9coces.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau code adopt\u00e9 par 111 voix pour et \u00a0une contre pour quatre abstentions, abroge le code de 1967.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019adoption du nouveau code, le pays veut partir en guerre contre l&rsquo;un des fl\u00e9aux qui gangr\u00e8ne le pays \u00e0 savoir le mariage pr\u00e9coce, en relevant l&rsquo;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal du mariage des filles de 16 \u00e0 18 ans. La peine de mort est abrog\u00e9e sauf pour les cas de terrorisme.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est de l\u2019homosexualit\u00e9, il passe du statut de crime en un simple d\u00e9lit qui peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9 en audience correctionnelle et de simple police. Beaucoup de d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont insist\u00e9 pour que cette pratique reste dans le domaine du crime. Mais, au final, le fait est d\u00e9sormais un simple d\u00e9lit. Quelques partenaires ont men\u00e9 des plaidoyers aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9lus du peuple mais ces derniers sont rest\u00e9s fermes consid\u00e9rant l\u2019homosexualit\u00e9 \u00e0 une d\u00e9pravation des m\u0153urs.
