Les Gambiens sont appel\u00e9s aux urnes ce jeudi 1er d\u00e9cembre pour choisir leur nouveau pr\u00e9sident parmi trois candidats, dont l&rsquo;actuel chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat, Yahya Jammeh.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"irc_mi iZ9dWkIJxfKc-pQOPx8XEepE\" src=\"https:\/\/jack35.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/11\/en-gambie-on-vote-avec-des-billes.jpg?w=670\"  alt=\"Gambie : Un syst\u00e8me de vote unique au monde, les Gambiens votent avec des billes \u00e0 la place des bulletins\"  width=\"796\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>le vote s&rsquo;effectue selon un syst\u00e8me unique au monde : chaque \u00e9lecteur d\u00e9pose une bille dans l&rsquo;un des bidons de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes qui repr\u00e9sentent chacun un candidat. Une fois que la bille est introduite, elle fait retentir une petite sonnette \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du bidon, qui signifie que le vote a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien effectu\u00e9. Ce dernier sera supervis\u00e9 par des experts de l&rsquo;Union africaine, sans la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;observateurs europ\u00e9ens ou ouest-africains.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Pr\u00e9sidentielle en Gambie : pas de bulletins, on vote avec des billes\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Y4LpBYBTNn8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Selon nos confr\u00e8res bbc, \u00ab\u00a0dans chaque bureau de vote, les \u00e9lecteurs ont le choix entre trois bidons de diff\u00e9rentes couleurs. Ces trois couleurs repr\u00e9sentent un candidat diff\u00e9rent\u00a0\u00bb. Sur chaque baril, on y voit, la photographie de chaque candidat fix\u00e9e.\u00a0 Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un nouveau syst\u00e8me\u00a0 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est qualifi\u00e9 par la Commission \u00e9lectorale du pays d\u2019efficace. La commission estime qu\u2019il simplifie le processus de vote.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection de 2012, deux votes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 invalid\u00e9s parce que, les \u00e9lecteurs avaient plac\u00e9 leur bille sur et non dans le bidon de vote.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle qui se d\u00e9roule ce 1er d\u00e9cembre 2016, le pr\u00e9sident sortant candidat, Yahya Jammeh avait d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0 interdit toute manifestation dans son pays apr\u00e8s l&rsquo; \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle.<br \/>\n\u00ab Il n\u2019y a aucune raison de protester, car l\u2018\u00e9lection qui doit se tenir jeudi (ndlr : ce jour)\u00a0 ne peut pas \u00eatre truqu\u00e9e, et de toute fa\u00e7on, dans ce pays, nous n\u2019autorisons pas les manifestations \u00bb, avertissait le pr\u00e9sident candidat.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut rappeler que quelque 890 000 \u00e9lecteurs d\u00e9partageront ce jeudi les 3 candidats en lice, et les premiers r\u00e9sultats seront connus dans la nuit d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 vendredi.<br \/>\nYao Junior L<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Gambie dispose un syst\u00e8me unique de vote au monde.
